Introduction

Welcome to Data Innovations (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, tools, dashboards, training, consulting services, and any related digital solutions (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Scope of Services

Data Innovations provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Data analytics and reporting

  • Business intelligence dashboards

  • Data engineering and automation

  • Training and workshops (Python, R, SQL, analytics tools)

  • Data scraping and data collection solutions

  • Digital consulting and custom data solutions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, all Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis.

Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

  • Comply with all applicable EU and national laws and regulations

  • Not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with our systems

  • Not use our Services for unlawful scraping, data resale, or rights-infringing activities

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, methodologies, dashboards, reports, training materials, and documentation provided by Data Innovations are protected under intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

  • All IP remains the property of Data Innovations

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only

  • You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works without written permission

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and lawful data inputs

  • Ensuring you have legal rights to any data you provide

  • Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials

  • Ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws

You acknowledge that results depend on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data you provide.

Data Scraping & Third-Party Data

Where Services involve data scraping or third-party data sources:

  • You confirm that you have the legal right to access and use such data

  • Data Innovations acts solely as a technical service provider

  • We are not responsible for third-party website terms, data accuracy, or availability

You assume full responsibility for compliance with third-party terms and applicable laws.

Availability & Maintenance

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may result in temporary downtime without prior notice.

Professional Disclaimer

All Services, outputs, dashboards, insights, and training materials are provided for informational and operational purposes only.

They do not constitute:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Legal advice

  • Tax or accounting advice

You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on provided outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Total liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the relevant Service

  • We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

Third-Party Services

Payment & Invoicing

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Services are billed according to agreed rates or contracts

  • Invoices are payable within the stated payment period

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Refunds are not provided for completed services unless required by mandatory law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Unlawful or fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Payment obligations are breached

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms automatically end.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • Applicable national data protection laws

Details are provided in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
