In a single session the team learns how ChatGPT and Claude work, tries first tasks in their own work and agrees on safe usage limits.

- A prompting formula: role, context, task, format, limits
- Tool map: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and when to use each
- 3 hands-on tasks from your everyday work

AI Practitioner – daily work
Advanced prompting, document and data analysis, and a first assistant. Each participant moves 2–3 real tasks into AI.
What the programme includes
- Advanced prompting: examples, iteration, AI as a critic
- Document and contract analysis with AI
- Excel/CSV data analysis, insights and charts
- Building assistants: Custom GPT, Claude Projects, Gemini Gems
- Fit by department and a shared prompt library
Outcome: 2–3 real tasks moved into AI and at least one working assistant.
AI Academy – up to automation
From single prompts to working automations and tools: data, SQL, Power BI, AI agents, vibe coding. We measure the result.
