1. General provisions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Data Innovations (“we”) website and the services we provide. By using the website or ordering services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide data engineering, analytics, visualisation, website and software development, SEO, data scraping, training and custom IT solution services. The specific scope, timelines and price of each project are agreed separately – in a proposal, contract or order.

3. Orders and contracts

Services begin once both parties agree on the scope and terms. Submitting a form on the website is not a binding contract – it is an invitation to discuss cooperation. Binding obligations arise upon signing a contract or confirming an order in writing.

4. Prices and payments

• Prices are set out in an individual proposal or contract.
• Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are paid within the term stated on them.
• Late payments may be subject to interest at the rates provided for by law.

5. Obligations of the parties

We undertake to provide services professionally and on time. The client undertakes to provide the necessary information, access and materials in a timely manner and to cooperate so the services can be delivered properly.

6. Intellectual property

Unless the contract provides otherwise, the economic rights to the delivered solutions (code, reports, design) transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, tools and know-how in other projects, and to reference the fact of cooperation for portfolio purposes unless the client objects in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to protect each other's confidential information and not to use it for purposes other than agreed. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are provided using professional effort. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or damage arising from incorrect data provided by the client, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Links to third-party websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, before the competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.
